Why is it that in KyoAni anime, someone always quits track team to join another club

When do we get track team anime, KyoAni? When will we see the struggling track team try to gather new members after loosing so many to other clubs?

Hell, even Kazemaru left Track and joined the Soccer Club.

We had an episode or two in Inazuma Eleven that dealt with that ^^
